Product Information:
Our 15' x 15' West Coast Frame Tents were designed for fast, easy setup and are durable enough for everyday use. These versatile tents are typically used for outdoor events and vendor booths at fairs, trade shows, and other similar venues. They also make great additions to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal parties, baptisms and more.
Seating Capacity
- 25 people for a sit-down dinner
- 32 people for a buffet-style dinner
- 42 people for cathedral (row) seating
- 50 people for a cocktail party
Sidewall Requirements:
- 7ft tall. The finished size height of 7ft sidewalls is 6ft 7in.
- Sidewalls are available in 10ft, 15ft, 20ft, and 30ft in length.
- Sidewalls are available in Solid and Window styles.
Anchoring Requirements
For safety and compliance, all frame tents must be properly anchored. If your event location does not allow stakes to be driven into the ground (such as concrete, asphalt, pavers, or other restricted surfaces), concrete ballast blocks are required to secure the tent.
- Concrete Ballast Blocks: $75.00 each
- One ballast block is required for each tent leg/post
- The number of required blocks will vary based on tent size and site conditions
Proper anchoring is essential for the safe installation and operation of all tent rentals. Our team will determine the appropriate anchoring method during the site review and setup process. Additional anchoring fees will be included in your rental quote when concrete ballast blocks are required.
